Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs rhubarb
  2. 2 lbs sugar
  3. 1 lb sultanas
  4. 1 pint vinegar
  5. 1 oz salt
  6. 1 oz ginger
  7. 1 onion
  8. 1 teaspoonful pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut up rhubarb. Peel and chop up onion finely. Bruise the ginger and tie in a piece of muslin, put with the rest of the ingredients in a pan and boil till it thickens.
