Ingredients
  1. 2 small tins pineapple chunks (I'm assuming she means cans)
  2. 2 lbs cooking cherries
  3. sugar
Instructions
  1. Stone the cherries, and slice pineapple very small. Weigh two together and to each pound allow 1 lb sugar. Put the syrup from pineapple into pan with the sugar, and heat till it boils, stirring all the time, then add the fruit. Boil gently till it jellies quickly when tested. Remove scum and stir frequently.
