Ingredients
  1. 5 lbs apricots
  2. 3/4 pint cold water
  3. 4 lbs sugar
  4. juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
  1. Pare and stone apricots and cut into quarters. Place in preserving pan with water and cook until soft; add sugar and boil briskly until thick, then let cool. Fill hot, sterilized jars, adjust covers, and sterilize in boiling water for 10 minutes. Seal and store.
