No Rise Yucca Loaf
So quick and easy to prepare. It slices up well and toast up well. Gluten-free diet or no gluten-free diet, we love this bread regardless.

  1. 1/2 cup warm water
  2. 1 tb dry yeast
  3. 2 tablespoons honey
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 1/4 cup oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 500 g yucca starch (1 bag)
  8. 1/4 cup coconut flour
  1. Whisk everything--except the yucca starch--together. Then stir in the yucca.
  2. Pour.and scrap the batter into a silicon loaf pan or a greased glass loaf pan. Feel free to sprinkle some seeds on top--flax, chia, etc. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes until top is golden. Pop loaf out of the pan and cool on a rack.
