Banana Smoothie
  1. 4 cups coconut milk
  2. 2 bananas
  3. 2 teaspoons honey
  4. 1 teaspoon banana essence
  5. PUT THE SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLEND TILL SMOOTH
Chocolate Smoothie
  1. 4 cups coconut milk
  2. 2 teaspoons honey (or more to taste)
  3. 1 teaspoon chocolate essence
  4. 1/4 cup chocolate powder
  5. --For a variation, add a 1/4 cup peanut butter or 1 or 2 bananas
  6. PUT THE SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLEND TILL SMOOTH
